Method
- In a medium bowl (or a KitchenAid mixer bowl) mix or whisk milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved (about 1-2 minutes on low speed).
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Add cinnamon if desired.
- Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and make according to manufacturer's directions (if using the ice cream maker linked to above, mix for 30 minutes).
Notes
Enjoy this delicious ice cream immediately, as it melts rather quickly. Optionally, you can transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe bowl and allow the ice cream to ripen (firm) in the freezer for a few hours (at least 4).
